Have you ever had the experience of losing a deal because the seller gets suspicious about why all these people need to come through their house? I try to set the seller's expectations at the time the contract is signed. That seems to relieve a lot of pressure when we actually need to come back to walk buyers through. Does anyone else have any ideas on how to handle this situation?

I just tell them I need to get my contractor and other trades in the house. ex.. plumbing, electrical, roofer, etc.. Most owners know that 1 contractor can do all the rehab so it gives you the opportunity to bring several people into the home
