I got a call from one of my students the other day. they are in the middle of a rehab and the contractor has been showing up for work less and less frequently. When I told him to fire the contractor and find someone else, he stated that he'd already paid for a lot of work that is not yet done. Has anyone else dealt with this type of situation? How have you resolved it?
